1. Use of the App

BrighterPath provides fitness and wellness guidance. You agree to use the app responsibly and for personal use only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your account credentials
• Ensuring your information is accurate

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features are offered via in-app purchases
• Payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the system
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
